Our Team will require a copy of the photo page of your passport and a completed pre-screen questionnaire to initiate our complimentary background checks to determine your eligibility to apply for citizenship.

Execution of Service Agreement/Retainer Deposit (24 hours)

Upon confirming your eligibility for citizenship, we will forward our Client Service Agreement detailing all the services we will provide and the applicable fees. Our professional service fees are paid at this point and we will move on with guiding you step-by-step through the application process.

Selection of the most suitable Investment, Submission of Application (7-14 days)

CSL will assign you a dedicated Client Services Manager who will personally guide you step-by-step through the application process, including selecting the most appropriate investment option based on your specific requirements. With our full team being based on the ground, we are in the best position to advise you on securing a viable real estate option so that we can submit the necessary real estate documents with your upcoming application for citizenship. Most developers require a 10% reservation deposit that is secured in escrow account and is refundable based on the outcome of your citizenship application.

Your advisor will guide you on completion of the citizenship application and collection of required supporting documents outlined in our guidelines. Once completed, the package is returned to Corporate Solutions for final review and submission to the Citizenship by Investment Unit. The real estate documents are also forwarded to the developer and our legal counsel who will ensure that the real estate purchase process is seamless. Submission of your completed application.

Application Processing (30-60 days)

Upon submission of your complete application to the Citizenship by Investment Unit, our Team constantly monitors the progress of the application and is in contact with you and the authorities to ensure that the process is as smooth as possible.

Approval and Completion of Application (7 days)

Within 30 days of receipt of an official letter from the Citizenship by Investment Unit approving your application in principle, the balance of the real estate investment or donation amount along with the requisite government processing fees is payable.

Issuance of Citizenship Certificate and Passport (10-15 days)

Within approximately 15 working days of receipt of payment of the government fees and investment, the Government will issue a Citizenship Certificate. Your passport will be processed within 5 working days. At this point CSL will securely deliver your passport and citizenship package to you.
